This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines the rules for acceptable behaviour and system usage on OneMatch.

It exists to protect users, maintain platform integrity, and ensure OneMatch remains a safe and trusted environment for real human connection.

By using OneMatch, you agree to comply with this policy.

“OneMatch is for real people seeking real connections. Any behaviour that undermines trust, safety, or authenticity is not allowed.”

You must NOT use OneMatch to:

• Create fake accounts or impersonate another person
• Use bots, automation, scripts, or scraping tools
• Exploit bugs, loopholes, or system vulnerabilities
• Access accounts or data you do not own
• Interfere with platform operations or performance
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the system
• Circumvent verification or security systems

You must provide accurate and truthful information.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using fake names or identities
• Using stolen or misleading profile photos
• Misrepresenting age, gender, or relationship intent
• Creating duplicate or “backup” accounts
• Using AI-generated personas as real identities

OneMatch is a verified platform. Authenticity is mandatory.

You may NOT:

• Scrape user profiles or platform data
• Use bots to send messages, likes, or matches
• Collect user data for external use
• Access the platform using automated systems without permission

Any automated access attempts may result in permanent banning and legal action.

You may NOT use OneMatch to engage in:

• Harassment or bullying
• Threats or intimidation
• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Sexual harassment or unwanted explicit content
• Scamming, fraud, or deceptive practices
• Promotion of illegal activities

You must use chat features responsibly.

Prohibited actions include:

• Spamming or sending repetitive messages
• Sending unsolicited explicit content
• Pressuring users for personal information
• Attempting to move users off-platform during early interaction
• Manipulating or emotionally abusing other users

You must not attempt to:

• Bypass login systems or verification
• Gain unauthorised access to accounts
• Interfere with security or authentication systems
• Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attack or overload platform infrastructure

You may NOT:

• Collect or store other users’ personal data outside OneMatch
• Share other users’ private information without consent
• Use data obtained from OneMatch for commercial purposes
• Reproduce or redistribute platform content unlawfully

To maintain fairness across OneMatch, you must not:

• Manipulate matching systems or algorithms
• Artificially inflate engagement or activity
• Abuse pause, match, or chat systems
• Create coordinated fake interactions
• Attempt to bypass exclusive match rules

We reserve the right to take action if you violate this policy.

Actions may include:

• Warning
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent ban
• Removal of content
• Restriction of access to services
• Legal action in severe cases

OneMatch may investigate suspected violations using:

• Platform activity logs
• Message reports
• Verification data
• Automated detection systems
• Staff review

We may take action without prior notice in serious cases.

Users are encouraged to report any behaviour that violates this policy.

Reports may include:

• Fake profiles
• Scams or fraud attempts
• Harassment or abuse
• System manipulation
• Safety concerns

All reports are reviewed by trained staff.

If you believe action was taken incorrectly, you may request a review.

Appeals will be assessed internally by the OneMatch Trust & Safety team.

Final decisions remain at OneMatch discretion.

You are responsible for:

• All activity conducted under your account
• Keeping your login credentials secure
• Ensuring your use of OneMatch complies with this policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time.

Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of OneMatch means acceptance of updates.
